CAMERA READY PROCEEDINGS
Camera Ready Copies of Workshop Proceedings must be uploaded NO LATER THAN April 20, 2012. Details are:
- Upload the proceedings as a SINGLE PDF DOCUMENT to the same site where you submitted your workshop proposal: https://www.easychair.org/conferences/?conf=aamas12wp
- Once you log in, click on Paper XX (where XX is your submission number) and you will see a menu in the upper right corner of your browser window. Click on Submit a new version, and there you can select a file (PDF format only!) and upload your proceedings.
- Please refer to the instructions at the bottom of this page regarding SIZE LIMITS (2.5 Mb for Half-Day workshops, 5 Mb for Full-Day workshops and 7.5 Mb for 1.5-Day workshops).
- It will be helpful to include page numbers in your proceedings.
- Please include the following front matter in your workshop proceedings:
  - a title page,
  - a table of contents,
  - the members of the organizing committee,
  - the members of the program committee (i.e., reviewers).
The workshop proceedings will be included on the Flash drive distributed to all AAMAS attendees.

REGISTRATION
- All workshop organizers who plan to attend their workshops must register for their workshop at the AAMAS web site: (http://aamas2012.webs.upv.es/).
- At least ONE organizer must register for each workshop.
- Each workshop will be given one registration waiver for an invited speaker. If your workshop has an invited speaker, please send the name and contact email address of the speaker to me (sklar AT sci.brooklyn.cuny.edu). If your workshop does not have an invited speaker, then you will not receive any registration waivers.
- Workshop registration includes lunch for the day of your workshop (this is the same for half-day workshops).
- If you are participating in multiple, overlapping workshops, be aware that the registration system charges you based on the "time block" in which the workshop(s) you select occur. So, for example, if you are participating in two full-day workshops that occur at the same time, you can click *both* on the registration page and you should only be charged for *one* full day of workshop attendance.
- Reminder regarding conference registration deadlines:
  
  Early: Up to 16th April
  
  Middle: Up to 15th May
  
  On-site: From 16th May and Onsite

DAILY SCHEDULE
Below is the common daily schedule that all workshops are expected to follow:

09:00-10:20	first morning session
10:20-10:50	morning coffee break
10:50-13:00	second morning session*
13:00-14:20	lunch break
14:20-16:00	first afternoon session
16:00-16:30	afternoon coffee break
16:30-18:30	second afternoon session

*Note that since the morning is 10 minutes shorter than the afternoon, half-day workshops scheduled for the morning may end the second morning session at 13:10.

IMPORTANT DATES
Below is a list of uniform deadlines for AAMAS workshops:

February 28, 2012*	authors Submit papers to workshops

April 10, 2012*	authors of workshop papers submit Camera-Ready Papers to workshop organizers
APRIL 20, 2012	workshop organizers submit Camera-Ready Proceedings to conference organizers

*Suggested deadlines for submissions, notifications and camera-ready copies of workshop papers. Workshop organizers are free to modify these dates according to their anticipated reviewing schedules.

PLEASE NOTE THAT APRIL 20 IS A FIRM DEADLINE for submitting your complete workshop proceedings to the conference organizers. Submission of will be handled electronically, in PDF format. The workshop proceedings will be distributed at the conference on a USB flash drive.

SIZE LIMITS FOR WORKSHOP PROCEEDINGS
Each workshop proceedings is limited to 125 pages IN TOTAL for Half-Day Workshops and 250 pages IN TOTAL for Full-Day Workshops and a maximum file size of 2.5 MB for Half-Day Workshops and 5 MB for Full-Day Workshops (combined size for all papers in a workshop).
Workshop organizers can determine their own limits accordingly for individual papers. For example, a Half-Day workshop could set the limit at 12 pages (~ 250 Kb) for each of 10 papers, plus 5 pages for front matter (title page, table of contents, author index, organizer/editor introduction). Another example: a Full-Day workshop could set the limit at 12-13 pages (~ 250-270 Kb) for each of 20 papers, plus 5 pages for front matter (title page, table of contents, author index, organizer/editor introduction).

Workshop proceedings must contain:
- Title Page (template will be provided)
- Table of Contents (listing each paper, authors and page numbers)
- Editor/Organizer Introduction (optional)
- Papers (with page numbers)
- Author Index (listing papers and page numbers)
Workshop proceedings (PDFs) will be uploaded to EasyChair (where proposals were submitted). Submission instructions will be posted in April.
